Whether you are a venue looking for extra event support or someone wanting to create their own DYI event and need a little assistance, you can Breathe a sigh of relief, Smarvelous events has everything covered so you can enjoy your special occasion.  Starting with an in-depth consultation prior to your event, together we determine what areas of the event you want/need assistance, help or advice on.  An Event concierge can assist with pre-event preparations, Implementation of the actual event day and post event wrap up.  Some of the service we can assist with are as follows:

  • Administration support 
  • Marketing/ Communications assistance 
  • Event design 
  • Volunteer/ staff recruitment & training
  • Event day assistance and/or management
  • Post event administration


Your event concierge will have the ability to service your every event need. 

We will endeavour to handle all event day communication, be proactive in detecting and rectifying any issues and providing any assistance that will help you make your event memorable.

Event Concierge Terms and Conditions

All financials with Smarvelous Events and any suppliers and/or vendors associated with any services provided must be settled 72 hours prior to the event or as per the individual supplier and or/vendors terms and conditions. Smarvelous Events accepts no responsibility relating to any financial terms and conditions stipulated by any vendors and/or suppliers obtained.   

Smarvelous Events accepts no responsibility for cancellations due to change of mind, due to our unpredictable Melbourne weather or unappreciable pandemics and though we will endeavour to accommodate wherever possible we cannot always guarantee availability.  

$40 Per hour base rate Applies to all Event concierge services ( minimum 3 hrs. –Prices vary depending on concierge services required, administration/event setup hours. Additional costs for public holidays and events held between 10pm and 7am) As Smarvelous Events provides a service involving time and not a product, we do not offer refunds for our time given on planning/coordinating events.

Smarvelous Events supports Charity/ NFP & Community groups who are hidden superheroes trying to make a difference. We are more than happy to offer discounted rates and offer our services any way we can. 

Although Smarvelous events uses a preferred list of suppliers we accept no responsibility relating to services provided by external vendors and suppliers. 

*Any additional staff required for event day assistance is charged at minimum $30ph
